So called "Christians" should be careful what they wish for.

Abortion may be an undesirable alternative to foolishness, lack of planning, lack of resources, lack of education, and lack of responsibility of the fetal parents, with the mother bearing most of the burden as well as the burden of the fetus.

But nobody gets pregnant because they intend to have an abortion.

If the "Reich to Lifers" persist in promoting their beliefs against abortion for "Biblical reasons" they may end up with the courts saying that the Bible itself was not only NOT "written by God" but was composed by politically and morally biased people, and that their Biblical interpretation against abortion was made by people with a limited and/or incorrect understanding of biology.

The self-denial of the "Reich to Lifers" is that they fail to realize that the social, moral, and economic costs of raising an unwanted or deformed child is far greater than the social, moral, and economic costs of having an abortion. Rather than intending to preserve human life, the real intent of the "Reich to Lifers" who oppose abortion is to traumatize, humiliate, and oppress the living. The "Reich" is all about punishment, but never about their taking responsibility.
